  • Cant find an Open Weekend.   We also keep a list of Contacts in case of a cancelation. 
  • The $150 Security/Damage Deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm/hold your reservation
  • The full fee is due 60 days prior to your scheduled retreat.  Late payments will incur a $50 late payment charge.
  • It is the hostesses responsibility to insure payment.
  • Payment may be made by cash or check
  • The $150 Security/Damage Deposit is returned after your rental or may be rolled over to your next reservation, if desired

If a cancellation is made less than 60 days of your rental date, the $150 deposit will be forfeited.  Any other rental fees paid will only be refunded if your dates can be re-booked.  All cancellations may affect future bookings.  With a cancellation your weekend will be offered to next in line and you lose first right of refusal.

  • A $150 Security/Damage Deposit is required to confirm your reservation - this is in addition to the rental fee

  • Current group has "first right of refusal" for same weekend following year.  If desired, notify southpaw before you leave your weekend.  If not desired the weekend will be opened up to others.

The rate for a private non-hosted* weekend is $1800 for  Thursday 10am through Sunday 3pm 

Rate is for max 12 guest, over 12 is additional $100 per person up to 14 people max
